2. Subject Matter

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Valko Logistics website, in particular:

• Filling in and submitting the transport quote inquiry form.
• Filling in and submitting the job application form for driver positions (Career section).
• Browsing information about the company's services, fleet, and coverage.

By using the website, you express your consent to these terms.

3. Use of Website

3.1. The visitor is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided in the forms (transport inquiry, driver job application).

3.2. It is prohibited to use the website in a manner that violates legal regulations, moral standards, or could damage the operation of the website or the reputation of Valko s.r.o.

3.3. Information provided on the website (prices, availability, service descriptions) is for informational purposes only. A binding quote is provided only after an individual inquiry and its confirmation.

4. Quotes and Transport Orders

4.1. Submitting an inquiry form creates a non-binding request for a price quote. A contractual relationship (transport order) is established only upon written confirmation by Valko s.r.o.

4.2. Specific transport, cancellation, and invoicing terms are detailed in the FAQ section and will be confirmed in each individual order.

5. Driver Job Applications

5.1. By submitting the form in the Career section, the applicant agrees to the processing of their personal data for recruitment purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5.2. Submitting an application does not create an entitlement to employment. Terms of cooperation (vehicle type, routes, remuneration) will be discussed individually by phone, in person, or via email.

6. Liability

6.1. Valko s.r.o. is not liable for damages caused by website outages, technical glitches, cyber attacks, or unauthorized third-party interventions, provided they could not be reasonably prevented.

6.2. The website may contain links to external sites (LinkedIn, Facebook), for whose content and data processing Valko s.r.o. bears no responsibility.

7. Data Protection

Personal data processing is governed by a separate Privacy Policy (GDPR), available on this website.

8. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page and takes effect on the date of publication.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. The courts of the Slovak Republic according to the operator's registered office shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
