We track the shipment via GPS and keep you informed about the progress. After delivery, we hand over confirmed CMR documents.

Insurance,
billing
Every shipment is covered by the carrier's liability insurance under the CMR Convention for international road transport. On request, we can provide an insurance certificate and arrange additional coverage for higher-value goods.
Cancellation within 24 hours is free of charge. Inquiries and confirmed orders can be cancelled free of charge until the vehicle is dispatched for loading. For cancellations after dispatch, we charge demonstrable costs (empty run). Specific terms are always confirmed in the order.
We invoice after delivery of the shipment together with confirmed transport documents (CMR). We send invoices electronically. Bank and billing details can be found in the documents section.
The standard payment term is 14 days. For regular cooperation, we can individually agree on a longer payment term. We'll be happy to specify terms based on the transport volume.
